This is a collection of policies, documents, guides, forms and other relevant documents.

Bookings Instructions – Updated

If you have the updated version of Microsoft Bookings, please use the following instructions:

  1. Log into Office.com with your faculty email   
  2. Click on the 9 dots in the top left-hand corner and select the bookings application   
  3. Click on the drop-down menu on the left panel and select “New Bookings Calendar”   
  4. Select create from scratch or use a previously made calendar  
  5. Name the calendar (eg: Professor Doe’s Office Hours) and select a business type (eg: education)   
  6. Edit the appointment and duration (eg: Office hours appointment for 30 minutes)   
    1. MAKE SURE TO SELECT “MAKE THIS AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT”  
    2. Fill in available times and days   
  7. Select Anyone can book  
  8. Copy the link and share with your students on Brightspace  
  9. Under Settings (left hand-side panel), click on “Services”
  10. Click on “Add New Service”
    1. Under “Basic Details”  
      1. Name the service (eg: office hours)  
      2. Select “Add Online Meeting” 
      3. Set duration of the meeting
    2. Under “Assign Staff” 
      1. Select your name from the drop down menu
    3. Under “Customized Fields”  
      1. Set “customer email” as a required field.   
  11. Save changes
